VALUABLE ADVICE FROM WIBGTH:
We've all had it happen to us - you are supposed to do a presentation on something for some real important people, but somehow forget until the morning of. Once upon a time, when the unemployment rate was equal to the rate of people who choose to live under bridges, this would not matter one little bit. Back in the day you might have said "We're gonna have to reschedule. I am just too bogged down with that other thing". And that would have been the end of it, and you could go back to staring at your screensaver.
Nowadays, however, things are radically different. Chances are that if you have any kind of decent job, you also have a bunch of well dressed unemployed folks hanging out by your cubicle, watching you like buzzards, waiting for you to make a mistake. Trying to make you make a mistake. Your on the phone talking numbers and they all start shouting "55! 72! 14!" - you know, so you screw up and say the wrong number and get fired.
So what to do in this new age of "what happened to all that money that used to be floating around"? Well, you've got to cowboy up and do a presentation. Even if you don't know nothing about nothing. Don't do the presentation and you get fired. Get fired and you start sitting around eating potato chips and watching tv. Then it's only a matter of time and you look like the guy on the left - hanging on for dear life and turning wierd colors.
So here's what you do:
Open powerpoint and make a title slide with some vague important sounding words. Something like "The Fourth Wave: Survival", or "Rural is the New Urban: Millenium Generation Markets". Then the next slide is this:

Then, you embed the video found on this webpage.
Then abruptly end the presentation with the anouncement "I don't know about you, but I'm going straight to the warehouse!". Walk quickly out of the room, and hide for the next 2-3 days.
